Students involved in these classes learn the jaw dropping moves that inspired many of them to start martial arts. By combining many martial arts styles with gymnastics and weapons training we are able to deliver an extraordinary program which has produced our nationally recognized Performance Team.

100 Percent is one of the only schools in the entire country teaching this style of Martial Arts. Not only are we one of the only ones, we are certainly one of the best. Level 1 - Extreme Martial Arts

Skill Level: Beginner - Intermediate

Extreme Martial Arts is a high energy program combining many martial arts styles, gymnastics and performance technique. Students involved in this program will spend class jumping, spinning and learning all the cool tricks that they see on TV and in the movies. Every Extreme Martial Arts class is set to fast paced music to keep the energy up and the students moving. All of this along with weapons training and gymnastics moves makes this one of the coolest classes we offer.

Level 2 - DEMO - Local Demonstration Team

Skill Level: Intermediate – Advanced

Demo is a class with which many students are familiar. This class is the introduction to public performance and lays the ground work for important skills such as public speaking, teamwork, and leadership. Any student that makes it onto the Demo Team becomes a representative of 100 Percent Martial Arts in the local community. Performing at local events, in-house demonstrations and at our annual tournament, Demo Team members quickly become role models for our younger students. Team membership also includes access to our Extreme Martial Arts class on Saturdays.

Level 3 - Team 100 Percent - National Competition Team

Skill Level: Elite

This team provides the training and guidance needed for our most talented and dedicated students to reach their highest potential. With the most Elite performance training available, members will meet multiple times per week, preparing solely for competition on the NASKA (North American Sport Karate Association) Circuit. 100 Percent Performance will travel as a team to several tournaments on the East Coast, and compete against some of the best martial artists in the world.
